User Responsibilities

Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, your family, employment, education, and relocation requirements. False or misleading information may result in visa rejections, service delays, or termination of our services. You are responsible for updating us promptly about any changes to your circumstances.

Document Requirements

You must provide all required documents in the specified format and timeframe. This includes attested educational certificates, police clearances, medical reports, passport copies, and any other documentation required by UAE authorities or our service partners. Document delays may impact service delivery timelines.

Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your home country, the UAE, and any transit countries. Payment Obligations

  • Premium Family Package: AED 9,999-14,999
  • VIP Concierge Service: AED 19,999-29,999
  • Corporate Relocation: Custom pricing

Additional Costs

  • Government fees (visa, Emirates ID, etc.)
  • Document attestation and translation
  • Medical examinations and tests
  • School application and enrollment fees
  • Housing deposits and real estate commissions
  • Banking setup and minimum balance requirements

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required to commence services
  • Remaining balance due upon service completion
  • Corporate clients: Net 30 payment terms available
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, cash
  • All fees in UAE Dirhams (AED)

Refund Policy

  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
  • Service fees refundable if services not commenced
  • Partial refunds available for uncompleted service elements
  • No refunds for third-party costs or government fees
  • Refund requests must be made in writing
